What prompted the lifestyle change? I saw a lot of talk on social media about what amazing things a vegan diet was doing for so many people. I then noticed a lot of men and women who I looked up to are vegan!! I stayed up late every night buried in vegan cookbooks and watching documentaries or doing research online. I decided to try it for a week… I was HOOKED. I am a fitness model so I was used to being told I needed 6-7 servings of meat a day for protein. Looking back, I can’t believe I ever did that.
Whats your favorite cruelty free dish? Spaghetti squash and a homemade red sauce.
Any words of advice for aspiring Vegan ViXens? If you’re trying to make the transition to a plant based diet do so gradually. Do your research beforehand so you are prepared and not overwhelmed. Find some recipes you think you will like and cook it on up!!!
