How long have you enjoyed a plant based diet? 4 years.
How did you transition into a healthier lifestyle? After being a vegetarian for many years, I decided to transcend to veganism. I wanted to not grow into ailments that affect heavy meat and dairy eaters, such as : high blood pressure, high cholesterol , and diabetes.
What is your favorite cruelty-free dish? Too many to choose, I’m a foodie! I enjoy curry red lentil soup, smoothies, and the mother of all dip and sandwich spread – GUACAMOLE!
Any tips for other vegan viXens in progress? Research recipes so you don’t get bored!
